Беги за мной. Тамбов - Мичуринск

18 апреля студенты ТГТУ в рамках Тамбовского отделения федерального молодежного проекта "Беги за мной" побывали в гостях у своих коллег - участников-активистов федерального проекта в городе Мичуринск.
После проведенной нашими студентами физической разминки на свежем воздухе последовала познавательная викторина с вопросами об общеизвестных правилах здорового образа жизни, где особенно активные участники поощрялись символическими призами от команды "Беги за мной. Тамбов".
Кульминацией встречи стала пробежка по центральной улице Мичуринска с целью напомнить случайным прохожим о важности поддержания своего организма в тонусе и необходимости вести здоровый образ жизни. Закончился визит тамбовских участников презентацией новых идей в рамках проекта "Беги за мной" и проведением мастер-класса по здоровому питанию на основе методических пособий проекта "Беги за мной" - "Основы фитнеса" и "Роль питания в формировании здорового образа жизни".
