Тай-бо - боевой танец

Тай-бо - боевой танец Тай-бо – это вид фитнеса, в котором соединены западный и восточный подходы к оздоровлению организма, а именно – восточные единоборства и аэробика. Тренировки по тай-бо обладают высокой степенью интенсивности, что способствует сжиганию калорий и общему укреплению тела.

Как появилось направление тай-бо?


Создателем тай-бо является чемпион мира по восточным единоборствам, а также голливудский актер Билли Бленкс, разработавший новую технику тренировок, в которой объединил карате, тхэквондо, кикбоксинг, бокс и танцевальную аэробику. Представил он свое новое фитнес-направление широкой общественности в начале 90-х годов XX века. Таким «боевым» фитнесом Билли Бленкс хотел привлечь к занятиям в первую очередь мужчин. Но, как оказалось в дальнейшем, подобное новшество по душе и женщинам, так как эти тренировки позволяют снизить вес тела в максимально короткие сроки. Сегодня количество поклонниц тай-бо стремительно увеличивается.

Суть занятий по тай-бо


Как правило, тренировки по тай-бо состоят из общей танцевальной разминки, отработки основных ударов, упражнений на силу и выносливость, прыжков, комплекса укрепляющих упражнений и растяжки. Тай-бо отличает высокая скорость движений. Однако интенсивная тренировка со временем переходит на более медленный темп для восстановления дыхания. На тренировки по тай-бо необходимо приходить в удобной одежде, желательно, без пуговиц и замков и устойчивой амортизирующей обуви.

Польза от занятий тай-бо:


- повышают мышечный тонус;
- помогают сбросить лишний вес;
- укрепляют дыхательную и сердечно-сосудистую систему организма;
- улучшают координацию движений и вестибулярный аппарат;
- развивают силу и точность удара, что может помочь при самообороне;
