Правильный рацион питания

Под правильным рационом питания понимают разнообразие пищи, а также качественную кулинарную обработку продуктов, содержащих достаточное количество углеводов и белков, некоторое количество жиров, витаминов и минеральных веществ, необходимых организму. Физическое и психологическое состояние здоровья человека, а также его настроение, работоспособность, спортивная активность, в первую очередь, зависят от того, насколько правильно выбраны продукты питания и организован приём пищи.
Составляя рацион питания, необходимо помнить: как недостаток, так и избыток биологически активных веществ может представлять опасность для здоровья человека. Стоит запомнить простое правило: количество энергии, которая поступает в организм вместе с пищей, должно соответствовать количеству той энергии, которую расходует организм.
Итак, чтобы быть здоровым, бодрым и отлично себя чувствовать, питаться следует рационально. Но, к сожалению, жизнь современного человека устроена так, что мы забываем о правильном питании – постоянно приходится перекусывать на бегу, злоупотреблять жирной пищей, сладостями.
Организму для непрерывного функционирования необходима энергия. Пища – это универсальное топливо, способствующее работе всего организма.
Каждый день мы должны получать из еды суточную норму белков, жиров и углеводов, витаминов, микроэлементов и других веществ.

• Обед: суп (любой), куриная или рыбная котлета с овощным салатом, заправленным оливковым маслом.
• Полдник: маленькая шоколадка и чай.

• Завтрак: гречневая каша на воде. Кофе или чай с чайной ложкой меда.
